Titus 2:4 "..train the younger women to love their husbands and children...."
What legacy would you like to leave?

How do you measure the worth of spending time with a child?

When I don’t  add gas to my car’s fuel tank, I will not be able to use the car.

Since I stopped my gym membership 2 months ago, I have already gained  2 pounds, and can already feel a difference in my clothes. Ugh!!

But, how do we measure the importance of moms spending time raising their children?

Our children can still lead productive lives.

Our children may not look any differently than other children.

I don’t have the answer.

I do know that if God has blessed us with children, spending the time raising them is our highest calling.

I can’t prove it in measurable increments, but  the time spent in raising our children leaves a legacy that is different from giving them to someone else to raise or by giving their care a lower priority than any other  thing in our lives.

I can’t prove it.  I just know.

The legacy that I leave will affect not only my children, but my future grandchildren and great grandchildren as well.

What kind of legacy do I want to leave?

Here is a WONDERFUL post written by Sally Clarkson!
